Frequent asked questions.

How do I place an order?
We made it easy, Just select the product you like and add it to your shopping cart. Once in your shopping cart you will be asked to continue shopping or check out. If you click check out you will be brought to your cart. You can also view your cart by clicking on ‘My Cart’ at the right top of the screen. From there you either remove an item or adjust quantities, then you will be asked for shipping and billing information and at the end the payment information. 

 If you need help with placing your order, please contact us! and we will guide you step by step to get your order done.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been made it can not be canceled or changed. Please email us ASAP because we can’t make any changes once your order has been shipped. sale@werunfix.com

Pickup and Pickup location ?

The pickup is done by the WeRunFix expert once agreed with the client, it's the clients responsibility to provide the pickup location and time. (There will be a late fee if the WeRunFix expert has to wait longer then 10min to receive the device) 15$ late fee. Non negotiable or refundable. 

 

 What payments methods do we accept?

Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or PayPal

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax for the state of Florida

The item I want is out of stock, are you getting it back in stock?
Some of our items do sell out quickly, please check back regularly on our site to see if the item you want has been restocked. You can always e-mail us and specify what item you need and if you can make a personal order for it, we do make exceptions in situations like this.

Does WeRunFix.com offer gift cards?
Absolutely yes! You purchase the gift cards the same way as every other item. Add them to your shopping cart and continue to check out. All gift cards are delivered via e-mail on the date you specify. Please note that gift cards are non refundable and items returns purchased via gift card will be issued in store credit.

How do I know what current deals and promotions are running?
Good question! First of all, be sure to sign up for our newsletter, We offer a %10 discount code for those who sign up for our newsletter. Secondly, don't forget to follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to keep up with our latest deals.

My promo code isn't working, what should I do?
Please check the code you are using it hasn't expired. If its not, email us at contact@werunfix.com.

Can I use more than one promo code on my order?
No, unfortunately only one promotional code may used per order and can not be applied after an order is processed. 


My credit card declined, what happened?
Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file, so please double check before you contact werunfix or you bank.
